Please note, that returns are processed before they are received back and because of this we will only be able to process the return associated with the label used, ahead of time. Any other orders in the parcel will be processed when received in our warehouse. If you wish for all your orders to be processed, then you will need to use separate parcels with individual labels. Please note, out stock may sell out between the time you register your return and when we process it in-house. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are over 5.000 locations country-wide, and these are the non-corporate retail locations. These franchise locations are typically found nationally within Drug, Grocery stores. Any returns dropped off at a Canada post store, will be delivered once the Strike has ended.
